Hey there everybody. It’s been a while huh?

Yeah I know

But I’m honestly excited to bring some news to yall

So after finding my rhythm and style making transformation and fun comics last year I’m happy to say that more are coming

And I do mean

A LOT are coming

I got a long list of ideas that continue to grow because I’m now feeling confident to pull it off.

So get ready for more Comics, more mini stories, more chaos between me and some friends

All to eventually lead up to going ALL in and finally adapt DarkNeon into a webcomic!

Hey yall Neon here and we survived another damn year of this nightmare decade. I feel torn on which won out more

The highs or lows.

Let’s just say the lows I’ve suffered aren’t stuff I’d like to discuss and leave it at that.

BUUUUUT this year has been booming on here for me especially.

I’ve not only gotten comic projects made but I’ve even got one particular being showcased by my buddy :iconKarToon12: at her website along with joining her at her monster bash booth twice ~

I’ve gone to Disney world and engaged with :iconTurtlesandMonkeys: in person and I’ve had my room redecorated.

I’ve been engaged in her RP Pokemon dnd sessions and I’ve finally caught up on Doctor who~!!

I got to witness the extended editions of LotR on the big screen and seen incredible bangers like John Wick, spiderverse, guardians 3, Barbenheimer, and Godzilla minus one, WHICH I WENT TO AN IMAX PREMIERE TO!!

Among many other things while 2023 sucked the life outta me it also was the beginning of something I’m gonna ride on to years to come. I can already tell you that one notable big plan is to go to a glorious beach pier for a weekend in August with my friend :iconDVoidComics: and we’ll have to see what else is in store. So happy new year folks and I’ll see you on the other side!

Hey happy new year!

It’s time for an obligatory update just because everyone else is likely doing it.

So 2022 was overall slightly better, in most regards to the notion that it’s normal to travel abroad again without complications. Also behind the scenes I’ve been practicing doing comic artwork. I’m sorry I haven’t gotten to sharing them but they aren’t colored and I honestly thought I’d use my fancy digital drawing pad but I’m a coward when it comes to playing new fancy computer stuff.

So here’s to the new year and whatever small feats I manage to cobble up.

The phantom lord story is kicking my butt in terms of getting off the ground but I WANT

I WANT TO get it done.

This is why I don’t write after Halloween. The whole life is on autopilot with the holiday season.

But I promise AT THE VERY LEAST to get it done before I fly off to Florida in mid February.

Oh yeah~! I’m going south for vacation to finally return to Disney and universal AND by hook or crook, getting to reunite with my buddy :iconTurtlesandMonkeys: for a day.

Also dear god

I’m going to reach the third decade of my life.

Oh dear god.

Well anyways that’ll be it for now.

Hello and welcome to ..quite a late welcome to the month of October. (Yeah it’s the usual thing. Not getting into details but the first few days of October aren’t usually the most fun for me, but this yeah it cleared up on the third day)

ANYWAYS welcome to what is the TENTH ANNIVERSARY of TERRORWEEN!!

now I know what you’re saying “kinda hard to celebrate when you didn’t finish two years prior,” well yeah but I’ll admit that my state of mind was about as fruitful as everyone’s in the turn of what many might call the WORST DECADE PERIOD (ask me? Ehhhh I’m sure it’s about in the top 8. Let’s not pretend history hasn’t had dark wrinkles ok?)

BUT this year has certainly felt quite different.

It almost feels like quite an old drive.

But didn’t I promise to juggle between this years stuff and catching up on unfinished entries?

Well it’s time to come clean:

We are SOLELY focusing On year 10.

As one other notable big popular YouTuber personality described in his blog: “a ten year anniversary only comes around once in a lifetime”

(That’s Linkara discussing LONGBOX of the Damned btw. The dude loves Halloween season just as I do but ready his words really felt like facing a mirror. He’s had to make tough decisions that weren’t easy and so will I. Good luck Lewis!)

HOWEVER I will say if suddenly one day my head just gets slammed with a fresh wave of inspiration focused solely on old stories I haven’t finished then yeah I’ll work as far as I can but we gotta focus on this stuff first (I really do love the ideas I came up with for years 8 and 9, I’m not going to abandon them like many think I just decided to abandon key projects I do)

But we got year 10. It’s ten years! Ten years since I decided on a whim to try my hand at being a self made R L Stine doing noncanon spook stories in the vein of Treehouse of horror all to recover from a pretty difficult time in my past. And I loved doing it and (despite a shakey but decent year 2) from year 3 on, I LIVED for this.

And I want to give this fun project a great big celebration by doing concepts that are love letters to recent horror favorites or stuff that made me who I am today.

Now yes I know some concerns, by now you should see color posters hinting at what stories to expect.

They’re drawn

They just need colors and frankly I can do that in my sleep *coughs hiding two year 9 ones I haven’t published*

But I’m focusing on the stories and they range from simple pretty easy ideas to VERY ambitious ideas that feel earnest.

But stick around, I got a good strong feeling about this year.
